My children were all very close in age — at one point, I had four kids and three under three. Those postpartum seasons were full of love, but also full of moments where I felt overwhelmed, unsure, and wishing I had someone who could help answer the endless questions that come with newborn life.

At the time, I didn’t even know postpartum doulas existed. But the moment I learned about this work, it felt like everything clicked. This was the support I had needed — and this is the support I now feel called to give.

Today, my team and I get to walk with families through the same season I once struggled through, bringing calm, reassurance, practical tips, and a warm presence into their home so they feel confident and cared for during those early weeks.
